Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping policy:

1. Please confirm your shipping address before paying , you had better leave the phone number for contacting. Please provide a valid email address and check emails after you have purchased for any updated information.

2. Items are generally shipped out within 2 working days after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded).

4. Once we ship your package, we will send you tracking number once it is available. Package delivery time normally takes 4 to 7 business days, depending on the destination, holidays and factors beyond Postal Service's control. If there is a little delay, please have more patience. 

Order Cancellation:

After submit your payment, if you change mind, pls contact us within 6 hours. And we’ll cancel your order for you, but there will be some fee (10% fee) be charged by credit card, hope you can understand.

Normally a order could not be canceled if you do not have a good reason. But if buyers insist on canceling, it is ok. You should contact us at once after you submit your payment. And there will be 10% for processing fee of a order's cancellation, hope you can understand.

If you want cancel your order while package is on its way to your address, pls wait package coming and sign for it first. Then contact us by email about return issue. And we'll deduct shipping fee, return fee,20% restock fee and 10% credit card fee of your amount, giving you a partial refund.

Returns:

1.If product you received is not as our picture showing, you can return to us for exchange or refund. But only we got the return package, then we'll process a refund issue or redelivery issue. Also pls make sure the product 100% brand new with all its accessories and tags.

2. If some customers may be not at home, or provide a wrong address, goods are forced to be returned back, we do not accept the request of a full refund. If customers are willing to pay for reshipping fee, we will re-ship it immediately after receiving the returned goods.

3.If we don't make an agreement but you actively refuse to sign for the parcel, we do not accept the request of a full refund. We will credit your card but deducting the shipping fee after receiving the returned goods.

4. Buyers should notice that , if you want returning, you need to pay shipping for returning and delivery, 10% cancel fee and 20% restock fee, hope you can understand.

Insurance:

Over 99% of the items will be delivered safely.You don't need to pay extra money for the insurance, the shipping company will be responsible for all the items they undertake. In case your item get lost or or held at your custom, we will be responsible for half the loss. Any other questions please contact us.

Refund process:

Refund is quite troublesome, our finance accountant must hand the issue to the our credit card company first, and our credit card will check first, then refund to your credit card company, at last your credit card refund to you. The total process will take less than 30 working days, we hope you can understand.
